Performance Support: Just Gimme Three Clicks!

We see many articles these days lamenting the shortfall of employee engagement in the best efforts to develop and deliver compelling options to learn. L&D responds with shorter learning events. EPS Readiness: Are you there yet?

At the recent Learning Solutions 2014 conference in Orlando, the Guild added another concurrent conference to the venue – Ecosystems 2014. Amazingly, at an additional cost there were over 200 participants attend the extra breakout sessions. While there were more questions surface than answers, it was clear that the concept of addressing the Learning & Performance environment as an ecosystem was a hit...and more questions than answers. This September 27-29, I have the privilege of speaking at the Talent Management Summit in Las Vegas on the topic of Change Leadership. This term, "Change Leadership" (CL), may be new to some, while for others, is interchangeable with the more familiar term "Change Management" (CM). To clarify, CM is not interchangeable with CL.
